Camposoriano e la Cattedrale di roccia

Camposoriano is situated between Terracina and Sonnino, in the karst landscape of the Ausoni Mountains. Large limestone rocks rise up amongst vineyards, olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The best-known formation is the Rava di San Domenico, also known as the ‘Cathedral’ due to the profile of its walls and pinnacles.

It is a destination for observing the rock formations up close and the relationship between nature and cultivated land. The route should be chosen according to the signposts and local conditions, staying on authorised paths and respecting cultivated land.
