Parco del Montuno

The Montuno Park is a green space in Terracina, close to the harbour area. The sandy hill, stabilised by vegetation, also preserves archaeological remains linked to the ancient Roman harbour and offers a landscape quite different from the squares of the historic centre.

It is a great spot for a stroll amongst the trees and for taking in the town’s coastal setting. The area combines the character of an urban park with its archaeological heritage: please follow the council’s signs to access the entrance and the areas open to the public.
